MIXED MEDIA INSTALLATION

CUT-OUT WOOD PANELS, DIGITAL PROJECTION.





‘Something from Something’ investigates the dynamics between boundaries and space, and it’s correlations to worldbuilding. It explores the creation of space as a concept that is bound to other elements of existence in order to exist and become so, in the given principle that nothing could in it’s deeper form could be created from scratch. 

As the work reacts and engages to the very space it occupies through projections, it uses photography from various spaces such as the town of Gallipoli in Turkey to London Underground,to shift and create its own.
